Okada Manila is a luxury casino resort and hotel complex located in Entertainment City, Metro Manila, Philippines. As the sole designer on the retail POS settlement and redemption project team, I designed the mobile POS application UI, user workflows, and presentation graphics tailored specifically for Okada Manila members and outlet operations.

Retail POS Settlement & Redemption Workflows

Mapped and designed handheld POS app user flows enabling members and device operators to process cashless purchases, accumulate reward points, perform balance inquiries, and redeem marketing comp slips or offer vouchers for cash discounts across resort outlets.

Presentation Slide Deck & Feature Showcase

Created official presentation slide decks and flipbook collateral to demonstrate handheld POS hardware capabilities, redemption mechanisms, and mobile retailing features to project stakeholders.
